Help with Documents
The downloadable documents on this site are either in PDF or .doc (Microsoft Word) format.
Click on a document link to get a popup box giving options to open or download. Right click and select 'Save Link/Target As' to download into a particular folder in your computer. This works for recent versions of Internet Explorer and Firefox - others browsers may vary.

To read the Leaflets you will need a PDF File Reader. Most computers have this installed already, however should you need to install one they can be obtained here (click on logo):

Or Foxit Reader
The Foxit Reader is smaller, quicker and easier to download
Microsoft Word (.doc)
If you have a version of Microsoft Office installed on your computer then you should be able to read these documents with no problem. Other word processing software might also read .doc files.
